We have spent 4 days in classic king room with fantastic mountain view, amazing views and the level of cleaness, everything was really good. Coffee/tea making machines and glassware were available too. It was an excellent and incredible location near train station and the town, the mountains and the railway station and the cable car to the Nordkette snow mountain...

Location near to train station and great parking garage underground, and tourist attractions. Early check-in, parking nearby.

fine views and quick access to innsbruck's gems

It was just a short walk to both the Hofgarten and the Golden Roof.

The view from the room was fine, with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the mountains throughout the day. Parking was a nightmare, forcing me to park on the sidewalk amidst busy intersections. Even though the rooftop restaurant offered a visually appealing spot, the overall service felt lacking, especially for a place labeled as a four-star hotel.

We spent a night in a cozy Classic Double Room, and the spa and fine rooftop restaurant. Lazy afternoons in the steam room and unwinding in the sauna were just what we needed.

Can just recommend for a weekend adventure

Really good hotel, panoramic views, really good service provided by friendly staff at reception and an easy 10-minute walk to the old town.

The location was excellent with very nice mountain views that enhanced my stay. The room had a cozy vibe and included all the necessary amenities for a comfortable night. I especially enjoyed the expansive city views.

While the views are lovely, the room itself felt outdated with old furniture and dusty shelves that needed cleaning. Lack of proper blackout curtains left the room uncomfortably bright in the mornings, and the absence of sink plugs made simple tasks a hassle. Inconsistent breakfast pricing added confusion, with variations from day to day. The sauna and relaxation area opens late, limiting the time to enjoy those fine mountain views before dark.

The superior double room had fine floor-to-ceiling views of the mountains. Amenities like air conditioning, walk-in shower, and a coffee machine made it comfy. Breakfast was a highlight with a great variety. The spa facilities were also a nice touch.

The panoramic views from my room were amazing! Waking up to that mountain scenery was the highlight of my stay.

Staff were accommodating. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm was nice. I appreciated the modern bathroom design but found the extra bed a bit uncomfortable.
